At Imported Leftover, we take pride in the quality of our men’s dress shirts, formal pants, and cotton trousers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an Exchange-Only policy.

Exchange Window: You have 3 days from the date of delivery/purchase to request an exchange.

No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as an exchange for another item of equal value.
Condition for Exchange
To ensure the premium quality of our imported leftover collections, we maintain strict hygiene and care standards. An item will ONLY be accepted for exchange if it meets the following “New Condition” criteria:

Do Not Wash: Items that have been laundered or dry-cleaned will not be accepted.

Do Not Wear: Items must be unworn and in their original state with all tags attached.

Do Not Iron/Press: Please do not steam or iron the garment, as high heat can alter the fabric finish of our formal dresses.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original brand packaging.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality control, the following items cannot be exchanged:

Used or damaged items (not due to our error).

Items missing original tags or packaging.

Sale or clearance items (All sales on discounted polo shirts or t-shirts are final).
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange for a different size or style:

Contact Us: Reach out via our Contact Page or visit our stores in Rawalpindi or Islamabad within the 3-day window.

Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it has not been washed, worn, or ironed.

Approval: Upon approval, you may select your replacement item. If there is a price difference, the customer must cover the balance.
Shipping for Returns

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange.

Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Safe Transit: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
